Hi Craig,
I am considering an appeal to the Board of the April 5th Planning and Zoning Commission decision regarding the Final Approval of the CUP for Southfork Landing pursuant to sections 10-1 and 10-3 of the Zoning and Development Ordinance . My reasons for appeal would be based upon oversights or other errors in the Commission's evaluation of the Development pursuant to sections 13-17B2, 3 and 5 of the Zoning and Development Ordinance.
Please let me know the appropriate way to submit this appeal to the Administrator (who I assume is you) and required fees as set forth in the same ordinance.
